Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. It does not describe how the WTHQ platform processes customer data — that is covered by each customer's agreement.
1. Who we are

2. Personal data we collect
- Details you submit. When you request a demo through the form or the chat assistant: your name, work email, organisation, role, sector, and any message you choose to write.
- Advertising and visit information. If you arrive from an advertisement: the campaign parameters in the link (for example gclid and utm_ values), the page you landed on, the referring site, and your language. These are kept for your browser session and attached to your request if you submit one.
- Technical data. Standard connection data such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
- Analytics and advertising data. Only if you accept cookies: information collected by Google's measurement and advertising tags (see section 5).
The assistant's answers are produced inside your browser. What you type into the chat is not sent to us unless you choose to submit your details through its contact form.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your request, arrange a demo and follow up (you ask us to, or you consent by submitting the form).
- To measure and improve our advertising and website (with your consent).
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interests).
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
4. Who receives it
- Email delivery. Form and chat submissions are relayed to our inbox by an email-forwarding provider acting on our behalf.
- Google, for analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve this website.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
On your first visit we ask whether you accept cookies used for measurement and advertising. Declining does not affect how the site works. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Transfers outside the Kingdom
Some of the providers above process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations require it, we rely on the safeguards they permit for such transfers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as needed for the purposes above — for example while we are in contact about a demo or pilot — and then delete or anonymise them. Advertising and analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings that we configure.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPL you may ask to be informed about how your data is used, to access it and receive a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@cybrt.sa and we will respond within the period the law requires. You may also raise a concern with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we receive, including encrypted connections and limited access to our inbox.
10. Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
